like the title says. does the power fc work with a 13bre? cant you just use a t2 wiring harness to hook up all the sensors and just use the banzi patch to hook it up to the ecu? thanks in advance

Hey one more quick question. What did you guys do about the omp? I know it's electric on the re and I have s4 now and like the whole mechanical omp system. Did you just keep the electric omp and run it through the power fc or did you block it off? Can I change the front cover of the re and put a s4 front cover and mech omp. Thanks on advance
Our car is a S5 so we kept the OMP for a while, then blocked it off and now run premix. The electronic OMP is too unpredictable. When the car is in stock format the ECU will at least go into limp mode if the OMP fails, with the PFC (or any other EMS that is capable of controlling the OMP) there is no warning, which can cost you an engine.
With the PFC you could run the appropriate wires to the OMP to get it to function correctly, if you are determined to run it on the S4.
You can swap out the front cover but then you will have to rig up some sort of linkage on the TB to allow the mechanical OMP to work. Additionally the 13b-re only uses two oil injectors, the S4 uses four, so you run into a plumbing concern. It is far less of a headache and less likely to cause engine failure to simply block it off and run premix.
