ddo i have to use stock wiring harness? i dont want to use my stock harness at all. do ihave to use it???

You have the freedom to do what you want. Go ahead and rewire the harness if that is your thing.

no i mean do they offer a harness like haltech and microtech?

it's designed for the stock wiring harness. they don't make an aftermarket harness as far as I know... hell we're lucky the PFC isn't discontinued
