Datalogit with PLX DM-6 & AFR ?
It's important connect the AFR wideband to the Datalogit?
I have an PLX DM-6 device(with AFR/EGT/h2o),how I can connect the PLX AFR ?
Someone have some wiring diagram or picture?
I have searched on datalogit YahooGorup but it's desert and PLX forum it's like a joke.
Thks!
Also I need in the future an help for the map ^_^

send the 1 V analog out from the DM6 to the input on the PFC that is normally from the narrow band sender in the bay
the PFC will think it is seeing the original narrow band
PS.. for accuracy /offset you need to bring both the DM6 earth and that of the PFC to the same potential.. tie/ solder the DM6 earth to the ECU earth bundle just out from the ECU loom plug
( there is a brass crimp that has all the instrument and shield earths all bundled together )
and if you have multiple DM6 then you need a small cap from each analog out to that earth point
( details on the cap mod are in that PLX website if you look )
self explanatory and you really shouldnt need a diagram if you just read this slowly

Ummm...
Searching on internet I thought it was simple like the pictures below:
In the picture below connect the Wideband(C) to A1(1) and the ground (A) to A2(2) ?
probably this method it's too easy .If I need cut some wire from the PFC connector,I'll pass.I dont want damage the wires and Apexi(I'm newbie)

the method i posted was the generic method ( for all ecus ) to put the 1V simulated narrowband from the DM6 back into the ecu for closed loop operation
( you need to do this if your ecu has closed loop tune and if the wide band probe is located where the narrow band probe used to be )
the method you have is to log the 5V wideband signal on the PFC
it was unclear what your intention was
( as some people use the DM6 and software to log instead .. and there is also wifi versions )
if your WB probe is in a new location and the old NB one is still connected then you have no need to cut shut anything to log the 5v
however you may have to also program the PFC with the algorithm the PLX uses
.. the scale and algorithm should be on the DM6 afr2 instructions ( cant find mine atm )
.... i suspect AN2 connects through to the PFC and to the earth
and so it keeps the earth potential the same
and thus keeps the gauge and the logged signal as close as possible to each other for accuracy
