Question Car Starts on stock ECU, not with PFC

Can anyone throw some ideas my way? Its a brand new PFC. The car will only crank and crank and crank. If I plug the stock ecu back it, it fires right up.

The Green/Black CAS wire has been cut, and it looks like the previous owner ran a new wire to the CAS.

Why would the car start on the stock ecu but not all on the PFC?

Having a Datalogit would make it easier to diagnose.

From memory: Go to monitor-->1 channel. Select RPM. Press "next" so that you have what looks like a chart format. When you turn the engine over (Key in start position to crank) do you see rpm rising up? There should be a line rising up.

When cranking the engine, the PFC shows 0rpm, as well as the Tach.

I took out the alternator and found where the g/b CAS wires were cut and half-assed back together. i crimped new ends on and half-assed them back together again, and now the car starts, runs, and goes fast. do this readout look ok at idle? the pfc didnt seem to go through a learning process....is this because i had it mapped?

The PFC requires all four of the grounds to be in good order (4A, 4B, 4C, 4D). I have seen cars with stock ECU's run fine with one missing, then install a PFC and get nothing. So this is the place that I would start looking.

OMP is 3A, 4I,4J,4K,4L

I do not know what you are looking at but it is not the correct pinout for the 93 FD.
