car stalls with clutch in sometimes

So I've driven about 100 miles on a base map PFC, apexi intake, and RB exhaust and the car will stall out when I push in the clutch at low speeds, such as in a parking lot or in traffic. This doesn't happen much, maybe once each time I drive, but it is concerning.

Yesterday when I got home after a nice drive the car's idle kept jumping from 1k to 1800 rpm which has also never happened before.

Any ideas as to what is happening? The only settings I changed on the PFC was the boost limit...and I accidentally oiled my apexi intake filters even though it is supposed to be a dry type filter. Could that be affecting the car at all?

Ok I have determined that this only happens if my A/C is on...any ideas?

Idle speeds may be set too low, or the the clutch ECU switch at the top of the pedal may be bad. The switch should open and close with pedal movement.
