Car sometimes stalls out when stopping or taking out of gear.
I installed my pfc about 3 weeks ago, all is great for now, but sometimes, esepcially after a good run (full boost in lets say 3rd to 4th gear) and then getting off the interstate, I usually take the car out of gear and when I do, be it on teh interstate or when coming to a complete stop the rpm's drop to below 400 and the engine stalls.
any ideas?
I raised the idle a bit from 850 to 1000 just to see if that helped, and it seemed to at first but it will still stall occasionally when has been running and taken out of gear.
P.S. My slave cylinder was going out so I replaced that and master cylinder as well, I originally thought the car wasn't coming fully out of gear, but not the case at least anymore.
also engine isn't hot, I avg 180-183 water temp.
Thanks for your help.

Why haven't you contacted some of your local club members who tune PFCs?
Barry Bordes or Mark White are good.
Posible Fixes:
(1) The three fuel cut off rpm values are too low, usually adjusted between 1200 and 1500 rpm.
(2) ISC is running on the edge of stalling, open air bleed screw 1/2 turn at a time until problem is fixed or idle speed become inconsistant.
(3) Dash pot not engaging enough, screw it in some more but not so much that the throttle does not close down.
(4) Bad clutch switch (the one at the top).

Thanks for the input.
I am new to the club and did not realize anyone here did them...
Thanks again, I'll try to get in touch with them.
Much appreciated.
