can someone please help with basic tune...

i need help...i have no clue what to do with the power fc and im not trying to blow up my new motor... i just started my motor and its is smoking like hell its running super rich.... i have 1600cc secondary and 850 primary as well as fpr and fuel rails(all bolt ons , ported motor ,FMIC, intake, full exhaust, radiator ect ect..).... can someone give me the 411 on how to tune it well enough till i break in the motor and go for a complete tune??or better yet some maps basic maps for my mods?someone told me i need the datalogic?? do i ? please help ..any advise will be much apreciated...thanks again

you dont need datalogit at all to correct make it idle and run
the hand controller can do this for you
you can use the temp ign and inj adust feature to get it to idle correctly
read up on the hand controller manual how to use it and then use the
SETTING, IGN/INJ ADJUST to temporarly lean it out

note; the values dialed in get reset when u power the car off

you will need the datalogit to correctly dial in 1600cc injectors.
