can the pim rpm cause hesitation(please look)

My car has developed a mis/hesitation at 3200,4100,5100,6100 and7200 but only 3/4 to wot.The only thing i can think is causing it is the pim rpm setting as its been adjusted from 3k up.I have changed the plugs(9eqp) and leads(kv85 magnecor) also the coil pack,no change_mods are-power fc,intake,dp,mp,blitz catback, fmic, mild port,1200secand bosch 044 pump, any help would be apreciated Roy uk.

If you can go that same rpm range smoothly at no boost and light throttle, then it isn't the PIMs. PIMS rpm changes affect the fuel the same no matter what vacuum or boost are.

Thus with 1.05 at 4000 rpm PIMS: very light load and full boost both have 5% more fuel added at 4000 rpm.

Either your injector settings are not correct or the fuel
correction map is way too rich. Since secondary injectors do not come on-line at low throttle settings, I would think that is were you messed up or else your fuel pressure regulator and fuel pump combo are giving too much fuel pressure.

0 boost = 38PSI fuel pressure

X boost = (38 + X) fuel pressure.

Time for you to start analyzing/testing.
Go through your complete commander menues and verify everthing is correct first. Then check fuel pressure later.

Thanks cewrx7r1, i have a dyno graph in 3rd gen specific, thread (car stumbling under load 3k and up) this might give you a better idea of what is happening as it shows where the lean peaks as it happens. Also could my igniter(on inner wing)be causing this? Thanks again Roy uk
