Question Breaking in a new motor & setting boost at 5psi Yes/No/How?

I am in the process of getting a new motor. I was just wondering since I have the PFC if I should set the boost to 5 psi while breaking it in? I know they say you shouldn't boost on a new motor for like 1000 miles so if I turn it down it should help keep me from doing this. What should I change my settings too on my boost menu so that I don't endanger the motor? I have stock injectors and the other mods listed in my Signature. Heck does anybody out there think this is a good idea? Any feedback is appreciated.

easy way to keep you self from boosting is to keep foot off floor...u cant make boost go below 7 psi (stock wg spring)...best possible idea would be to wire the wg flap open..u could still boost but u would have more of a chance if u accidently pused 2 hard

You should actually be OK running light boost on the first 1000. Just nothing really harsh. No dyno runs, no drags, no WOT at Redline+

Setting the boost for .5 on prim and seccondary - and setting the base duty cycles for something nice and low (about 1/2 what they are now) should help with safety.... Can't hurt. And easy to set back.

but of course - smooth driving and some restraint is also reccomended.
