Bought my first FD, came with power FC

I bought my FD this weekend and it came with a powerFC and commander. I was reading the FAQ and did some searching wihtout result, but I'm sure this has been asked before...

On the monitor screen how do I change the units? I would like to see fahrenheit instead of Celsius, m/ph instead of k/ph, and PSI instead of mmHg ?

I have also seen a lot of recommendations to install a water temp guage because the stock guage is not linear. However the commander show an exact temp. Is this reading accurate, or is a seperate water temp guage better?

The Commander accurately reads the water temperature IF your factory sensor (2 wire on the waterpump housing) hasn't deteriorated to the point of it reading incorrectly. I've seen original sensors read too high or too low.

As for the units... you better memorize conversion numbers.

Just remember that 180F is about 82C . 100C is 212F. 1.0 kg/cm^2 is 14.22psi boost. for vacuum, every -100mm Hg is 4 inches Hg . 100kph is 62 mph
