boost controll

If I have 'boost settings' in my power fc, does it mean I can controll boost ?
if it doesnt have a solenoid hooked up, do these settings change anything ? (if I chaged the values to something stupid like 2 bar) thought it was wierd I even have the boost settings in the controller if I dont have a solenoid hooked up

Yes the PFC can control boost. If you have the stock sequential twins then there are solenoids hooked up, and it will effect things. If you have a single turbo then you would have installed a solenoid specifically controlling boost.

It also effects boost cut, if you lower the settings too far and the car exceeds that setting by 3psi (or so) you will hit boost cut
