boost control kit datalog

im using the apexi boost controller kit. 3 bar map sensor installed and stock setup for baro reference hooked up to precontrol connect with seq. turned off on a single turbo with tial 44 gate
in boost settings i have 1.10 r(roughly 16 psi according to conversion?P with a 30% duty cycle
when i first did it i noticed it hit 18 psi at the top a few times, this morning it seemed to hold 15-16 psi (around .96kgcm2)
is the controller still learning how to control the boost? i read somewhere it was a self learning controller.

also it seems to not be reaching my request of 1.10

ive recorded a datalog this morning.
3rd gear from 3000 rpms and part of 4th
i hope ive attached the correct files!
as far as boost reference to gate and solenoid, they are coming from turbo compressor

There are several red flags in log. You are having knock reach into the low 100's. This is not good at all. Your AFR's are running up rather than down early boost, reaching 17. This is right at your primary-secondary injector transition. Your need to fix that. Also, has your fuel map been tuned properly particularly in early boost? Have you read my article about acceleration enrichment in this forum and made some changes? I would not be boosting all the time with these knock values and that AFR in early boost, particularly if you have any heat soak on board or a very hot day. One of these times it could go easily go boom!!! and you will be looking at a minimum of $5,000 to as much as $10,000 for a new or rebuilt engine and possibly a new turbo or new turbine wheel destroyed by your apex seal.

The most I typically ever see is in the 50-60's. With my WMI engaged that is usually in the 30-40's in high boost. Without WMI in the 50's max. What are your injector settings for your transition? Take a picture of your FC-edit screen of Settings 5 page and post it. Also, you need a tune by someone who knows how to adjust your fuel map. Are you familiar with adjusting the fuel map or know someone closeby who does? The low boost areas need more fuel. I would even add some fuel in high boost. I like to be around 11AFR at 14 psi and 10.8AFR or so above that. Without WMI, I would not boost above 15psi.

Alex,
Before doing any of this you have to know that your fuel map will have be retuned before any boosting or you may blow your engine. Your injector settings are messed up so that you are overfueling on the primaries and the secondaries and are proportionally way out of wack. You will have to fix this first in order to get a solid, reliable steady fuel map retuned. I need to know your primary injectors. Are they ID720 or the newer ID725 since the settings say 720? Are they stock 550's? In any event your lag offset values for the primary is way off. If the primaries are ID720, then these lag offsets are around 0.03-0.04, not 0.54. If stock 550's, then the value is 0. You have to set the secondaries to 2200 in the Q Secondary value. The ID2000 are actually 2200 cc injectors. Also, the INJPri vs. Batt (V) table is still showing the values for the stock primaries. The secondaries for the other table are correct and match the ID2000 values. Look up the ID720 lag tables on the internet to change the incorrect values on the primary table. I would change the Sec transition on the last line to 0.1 from 1.5. This allows better transition in almost all aftermarket injectors in my and many others experience. Once the changes are made, go get the car retuned for the fuel map. Then make the acceleration enrichment changes as per my article on this forum.
