best 3 bar map sensor to use??
ok i know alot of people are running the gm 3 bar map sensor, and the apexi one is hard to come by, will others work too? like what about the AEM one? wondering whats been the best in all your personal experiences, i need to pick one this month, thanks
rx7.com can get you the apexi 3bar sensor for about $200 they have one in stock now I called yesterday 12/13/05. I'm going to pick one up locally at rpmnyc.com for alil less then $200..

what happenned to your other GM sensor?
3Bar Gm Sensor for $200.00 wow I need to get into that business.... as I recall I bought mine off a Dealership's GM Parts Dept. and felt raped at seventy (7X.XX) some odd dollars...
Go to a GM dealer and ask for the boost sensor that came off a 93 Typhoon, I think was the year, it's like a Jimmy with Turbo.... they only made it for 1-2 years, and there was no other boost sensor on those .... also Grand Nationals had them I think....
Most Online GM parts dept.'s have parts lookups where you can see what cars that part fit too....

Does anyone know about the Denso 3 bar map sensor? I think I 've heard that it came from a supra? I'm not sure though, just seen someone using one and that's what they said it was out of.
Thanks
Thanks
Denso makes the stock map sensor for FDs. I havent recieved my apexi 3bar sensor as of yet but when I do i'll take pics. I know the apexi 3bar is a plug n play unit unlike the GM 3bar sensors..
the Apexi 3 bar map sensor use the Denso one. so it should have the same plug as ur stock one.. just slightly different shape than ur stock.
I'm running the apexi /denso 3 bar. its been working fine. But unless you're boosting over 15 psi, there's really no need to get a 3 bar.
