damn. This is the software they use in the Apex'i shops right?? It's obviously in japanese... I would love to get it... I'd have to pull some strings to get the loot together to pay for it. Do you think it would even work? And would it be worth it? It looks like it comes with a JDM datalogit type of thing.

I can see myself getting it, messing around with it and just saying "oh, what does this do?" then never figuring out what the settings do and getting frustrated at money I put down the drain. Or somehow popping my motor. If someone's willing to split the cost with me I might be down... we could post the software up. And then we have to figure out if this program even works with a datalogit, or if it needs the Apex'i box. But then again the auction ends in one day.

Meh. I'll probably just let it go. But someone else is welcome to jump on it.

not at all. Datalogit software is made by a 3rd party in Australia. look at those screenshots... there are random tables in there (look at the last one) that are in hexadecimal and stuff. the layout of the screen is different. I think this really is the software they use in their shops over in Japan--which means it's the real deal. But it also means it may be nearly useless if you can't read japanese.

I don't think that's the real powerFC tuning software. That's from back in the day before the datalogit was available. There's a guy over in japan that designed and built his own setup. Look around on his page you will find all sorts of automotive computers he has hacked.

Big thing that stinks with the Apexi interface is no input to log a wideband - makes it REAL damn hard to tune without that .

Yeah, you're right, buy the Commander pro, no aux. inputs. They kinda dropped the ball on that one.
