Analog Inputs FC Datalogit

I was wondering if anyone has setup any sensors that do not have amps. I have a couple of AIT GM sensors I 'm going to use on my IC inlet and outlet. Anyway, my plan was to run a 5 volt regulator through the sensor and sample the other wire. Any suggestions?
