I do not know what it is a direct measure of, but it and it's partner (InjFrPr) need to be viewed together with the chart function. Then they will show how the injectors interact when the secondaries come on-line. I also view Inj Duty Cycle along with them to setup the injectors for a smooth transistion.
Attached is the results of CORRECTED 550/1600 sequencing.

You need to adjust your chart values so that you have two distinct and seperate
lines for each of the injectors like mine looks like. Then it will be easier to see what is happenging.
The parameter with the most affect on staging is the
"Secondary Transistion (ms)" value.
Attached is my UNCORRECTED 550/1600 sequencing.
Unfortunately the PFC/DL does not give you perfect injector control, as my CORRECTED is still not perfect, but the best I can get it.
The rule of: (850/ new inj) X 1.5 does not work!!!!!!!
Info on this is part of my DL/PFC tuning notes package.
