Question 100% Injector Duty... Is this really bad?

Hey Guys... I took a picture of my peak output from my PFC~~
It says 100% Injector Duty however I heard that this is not a good sign.
So... now what do I have to do? Get bigger injectors?
I'm really a newbe on the injector part of this car so if I do need to upgrade it can anyone please explain to me what I need to do exactly? I really appreciate it guys~~
Thanks

You need more fuel. The injectors are maxout.

Over 85% the injectors can start overheating. At 100% they are constantly opened. All bad!!

Rewiring the FP will help some but you need larger injectors.

What are you running right now? What is your setup? Regardless, as stated above, anything extremely over the reign of the magical percentage of 85% is no good. Especially if it's 100%. You're just asking for trouble there, and that is at a lower RPM than redline. BE CAREFUL, AND GET IT FIXED NOW!

Thanks guys~~~
Ok... so if I want to fix it... do I just buy a bigger injector and replace the stock unit? or do I need a new fuel rail, injectors, spacers...ect... more complex?

Knock 83 ^^ <<--- what mods are you running?

83 at 1 Bar is much.

HKS intake, Mazda competition radiator, Non-sequential Stock Turbos, HKS Downpipe, RB Dual exhaust, and the motor is race ported.... What is a safe level of knock? at 1 bar?
Also I tuned the PFC with steve kan~~ ^^
I have a tranny brace too~~ the vibration levels has rised a bit in the car... I wonder if that effects the knock levels....

Uprated fuel pump and regulator might get you a little more. I am running very similar spec and getting 85% duty at 0.8 bar knock count max at 35, and running rich. Your knock sensor might be giving duff readings both 100% duty and a high knock count is well dodgy, and would turn the boost back at the very least for now, or you are heading for a rebuild.
