dude, your going to have to be WAY more specific. which model, what tach, year etc. just sayin "will it work" is not a good way to get the info you need. sry if i sound like a douche, but just be specific

You are not being a douche, sometimes when you post a question it can seem so clear in your own mind what you are asking. I did not mean to be so vague. 88 T2, stock tach.
The reason I ask is someone told me that when installing an aftermarket tach you set it up for a 4 cylinder.
