So ive decided to change cars.....

Basically, im bored with my fc. Ive decided that i want to swap my motor into a miata. I saw black widebody miata with a rollcage that i fell in love with, and it is exactly what i want.

http://www.eyeson.org/blind/events/e...iata_turbo.htm

Basically, i want to put my streetported 13b, bigger turbo (prolly t70 or so), and all of my supporting mods indcluding the e6k.

Who knows what exactly would go into a project like this? Has anyone thought about doing this swap?

Gimme some feedback!

Give SpeedFreaks in SA a call as they are infamous for Miatas.

Pretty cool swap. It should be reasonably straightforward.

I've always wanted to put a 4g63 into a miata, supposedly a TII 5-speed tranny will bolt right up.

Did you click the link he put up? I don't think traction would be a problem with that thing.

jens, the miata would be all about a-team hunting....OHH!!!

some 16x9s on a miata would prolly help things out a bit. I figured that I have all of the parts i need, it shouldnt be too tough. I checked miata.net, and there really isnt a whole lot to be found about the swap, no writeups or anything.

If you take one down, there will always be someone faster waiting to take their place.

hells yeah man, that black widebody miata is my wallpaper at work. when I saw that car for the first time made me want to do a miata project car, it looks so wicked. I think that is the pinnacle of street miatas, its got some crazy stuff on there, it has to be so much fun to drive too, super tossable!

good luck on your project!

My woman saw that and said, "Hey, I would drive that!" Now I have another project car to do.
