Anyone considered this?

If you're gonna do a 3L turbo, you COULD go with vg30et. There's nothing wrong with a single cammed engine. There's also 1jzgte, 2jzgte, 7mgte, 3sgte, sr20det, ca18det, fj20et, the list goes on and on.
not to pick nits, but there's no such thing as a rb30de from the factory.

and i vote for 3SG(T)E from an altezza

I just don't see the reason for putting a nissan engine such as a SR20, RB26DETT, RB30DETT into an FC, when you can swap it into a 240sx (which is pretty much identical to an FC in terms of chassis design, strength, size, weight) without near as much work, cost, or hassle.

It is actually getting hard to find a nice 240SX... The running ones are getting bought by every drifter wanna-be and the ones with out a motor are all being parted out...

i'd say the s13 has a superior rear suspension, but that's only from what i've read. other than that they're competitor cars so they have to be similar. much like a Z32 and mk4 supra.

and if I might add, that FC looks like ***
