runs, but rough. some sensor is not getting power or somthing, if you disconnect the maf it still runs which makes no sense it should die which means its not really running off the ECU map, but a limp mode one, running incredibly rich . trying to sort it out, had to re wire head and tailights also, was a very very large pain in the ***! a whole days wiring to figure it out!! (nothing electrical was working) odometer turns on but dosent go up at al. LOL

so tell me what you guys think about this pricing from fighters?

--Things that have been done/installed--

rad hoses installed
(2) upper ic pipes fab'd/installed
intake/filter trimmed and installed
power steering hoses fab'd/installed
power steering resevoir sourced and mounted
blowoff valve installed
throttle cable installed (which i already had, they just had to plug it in)
old fan controller removed and new wiring run and installed
downpipe fab'd

and I ordered a new power fc $947

total for all was $1950 ish dont remeber exact change
so right around $1000 for work and the labor

what do you guys think??

btw they have had it since march25 almost a month and a half

Congrats! Tell us more about it. How does it drive, etc? Does it feel slower/heavier compared to the rotary?

drives really really smooth, TONS of tourque (280ftlbs @ 2200 rpm bone stock for this motor) so you can put around town at low rpms, the gear ratio is kinda weird though, it feels short with the R154 and mazda rear end, if i had a working speedometer id know better..haha.. i have solid motor and trans mounts / lightweight flywheel so its VERY responsive, and even though i have all solid mounts its actually surprisingly smooth, not as smooth as the rotary obcourse but pretty damn close.

it feels pretty light still, handles the same, just lights up the rear tires alot easier, LOL, still getting used to no power steering though with a 32mm steering wheel!

not sure... they said they haven't started yet, not sure why, why do you not have power steering?
