I read somewhere that someone was trying to make suspention bushings from delrin for some of the older cars. Any idea if it went through?

I'm specifically looking for an RX-2 bushing set.

Yeah I think it was Billy at Respeed told me you made or were making some banzai. Care to make another set?

 

Made them out of UHMW Polyurethane.

 

I can make a set, but I am busy for the next couple of weeks with other commitments

 

For Delrin just look in any major town's phone book under 'Plastics, Suppliers' and you should find a company that deals with it. The place I buy from has a box of drops in the showroom that you can dig through and buy small pieces cheap. Or they usually will have like a $40 minumum order which will get you about 3' or 4' of 2" solid bar stock.
