What're the people in Oregon thinking. 20R in a REPU?!

With the scarcity of these trucks, not to mention actual running, registered ones, why would you do this swap /:

The guy who was selling that actually had it listed with another REPU...a green one that was fairly complete. I guess the idea was buy them both and make one proper truck. Are you the new owner?

I would think it was done inthe 80's or something to keep it on the road. Its better thenif it would have gone to the yard for scrap
