Update on RX-2 build

Update an RX-2 build

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It's been 8 months since I got the RX-2 and some progress has been made. Here are some pics of what it was and the current condition it is in.

I'm located in Louisville, KY. I have not seen a single RX-2 or RX-3 in Louisville. Do you know of any?

now thats not totally true. I've showed you pics of mine. I really need to get started on it. I just bought a new house and am selling mine so I really haven't had time to do anything on it. I'm hoping to get started on it around tax time.

Why two colors

The engine bay was rust proofed. I was not sure if it would work. Went to a couple of car shows and saw similar layout. I then decided to leave the engine bay that color instead of spraying it over.

You are right about the pateince and dollars. I blew my budget right out of the water. I was trying to stay within $5.000 range. That's including the price of the car. I am well over $7.000, and I still have to do the suspension, some interior, and sound system. I think I could have bought one done already for about $6.000. I did not want to take the risk of inheriting someone elses problem. I can say with pride that this car is 100% rust free.

What I meant was any RX-2 or RX-3's on the street. I know of two other people that have RX-2's but are currently working on them. I was trying to get the car ready by October. That's when my wife was due for delivery. I got the car started by October but it will be driveable by the spring of 2008. Hit me up if you need any help.
