Tired of RX-3s
LOL, I woke up drunk yesterday morning, had my first cup of coffee at 6AM and then worked on the RX-3 at 8AM. Long story short, while the motor and radiator were getting filled with fluid, I began downing some heines again. I got too excited to get the engine running without the accelerator cable mounted to the pedal so I had to fabricate

Good catch guys

and I just noticed that it took me almost 1.5 years to get this car running and there is still work that needs to be done

Well, did you figure your contactors out? Lol on contactors.
I cant believe that you dont know what a "contactor" is. A regular light switch and automotive relays have them but its cheaper to replace the entire unit. You should see the relay on a 3-Phase AC unit...they have replaceable contactor as they get pitted over time. nooob

The homies posting status of their projects gave me a big hard on (the cars, not the owners
) to start working on my black RX-3. It is driveable now (though i'm thinking of taking the suspension apart again) but still a long way to go. Front and rear bumpers need re=chrome and the taillightsneed need plastic chrome. Need to install the chrome windshield and back window moldings along with the rockers below the door. I kep the stock engine harness untouched in case, in the future, i decide to put it back to orig stock condition. these pix should make up for those days I could postwhore but excuse the exposures as Im using my nephew's Toys R Us camera Lol

Here is the formula:
Shell+paint+interior+engine+tranny+intake+cooling+ exhaust+ignition+suspension+brakes+rechroming+rims n tires.
Dont forget to add
Labor, first aid kit or duct tape for cuts, **** load of heine and smokes, large bottle of tylenol (required if you have missing or broken parts), and a lots of cash to give to ur wife since you now live in the garage and you cant take her out and the kids.
And for those who have asked , im glad nothing came through as i low balled myself, must have been in a good mood. But in all seriousness, as is, I've spent over $12,000 not including my own labor for the most part and no short cut taken.

Any chance of sharing were you found the fender/wheel well chrome ? I like how subtile it is and how it blends with rest of the rocker panel trim. I see you have it on both your cars. My rx4 has the holes on the fender lips but no trim, would like to add some on.
