Solex locks
I had the locks on a previous car, my experience with them is that they will keep out majority of thieves, but when they age, they can start to play up which means they will also keep you out. Better than the standard locks only because they can be dead-locked and are harder to destroy. But, if someone wants to break in they will. I rarely left the car out of sight, so at the time, I figured a kill switch and GOOD CONDITION Mazda locks were just as safe.. my suggestion would be to invest in a top quality immobilizer.
If you do decide to go with Solex locks, send an email to these guys: Contact us - Car Toys - High Performance Parts, back in 2005 they were selling them for $49.95 (3 pack) while other places wanted $120.
