Sweet project, too bad about the money. I guess the only thing your doing now is prep work and setting up your current parts.

yea I have everything I need to get it driving, I just gotta finish fabricating a few things and install the gauges and dash and I'm done. Its really close, Ive just had a setback today as I got my wisdom teeth removed and I really dont feel like laying out there on cold concrete under my car to finish making the downpipe and exhaust lol

I dunno, but since teh 20v swap and when I started teh 13b swap I think I have made money from selling my old engine etc.. in total from the beginning to now, maybe like 7-8 grand?

nice build you have here, i installed a 13b turbo on my toyota starlet recently, still sorting a few details before taking it out to the streets, engine starts with no prob

Well, I have a question for you. Can you tell me/show me where the O2 sensor is supposed to be connected? I have no downpipe yet, will be making one this week.

THanks

Emir-

? not quite sure what your asking. you want to know where to weld the bung in for the 02 sensor or where the wire goes?

you can weld the bung in anywhere as far as I know, but the closer to the exit of the turbo or header the more accurate the reading is as far as I know. if your asking about where teh wire goes, just look at teh pinout diagram in teh FSM

getting much better

idle still seems a little off, possibly a stuck open injector, front rotor seems to be getting way to much fuel, sooty front plugs and flooding it out.

im so close to quitting, I suck at cars

now also all of a sudden water seems to be getting into the intake out of nowhere, now it backfires and wont drive at all, just out of nowhere.. can a water cooled turbo blow a seal and suck in coolant?

I want to give up and quit so badly but I just cant

For my 13bt corolla. Before I left on vacation about two weeks ago, I was moving my car a couple meters, and I barely had the intercooler on when I was backing it up the intercooler fell off and the car died, I put it back on tight and remounted it and the car still ran like ****.

I can somewhat get it started and have it idle ok then I rev it up and it kinda sounds even more raspy than usual and it backfires then when I let off the idle drops too like 250 then it slowly dies..

not too mention I never ever did sort out why my secondaries werent firing.

wtf is going on, engine toast?? its getting depressing working on this thing, I keep going backwards it seems....
