The seller is the same guy who hosed a friend of mine big time. Sold him a REPU on eBay with the WRONG title.
My friend is STILL trying to get the damn thing titled. And by the way, that valance was SUPPOSED to be included with the REPU my friend bought. Just a heads-up. -WG

Your buddy should be able to get him taken off ebay or something, for doing what he did.

Ya, he should file a complaint and e aby should take that valence down, before some poor sap wins it and gets himself into a mess.

eBay was notified LONG ago, they are really pathetic about stuff like this. eBay doesn't seem to care about protecting people from shady sellers, as long as THEY get their $$. When we went to the Bay area to pick up the truck, I took some digital photos of the pot plants in the guy's backyard, just in case I felt like e-mailing 'em to the local cops, mwahahahaha. By the way, if you check out the guy's feedback, there is NO clue to his shadiness. You can't always go by the feedback as most people are AFRAID of retaliatory negative feedback, so they'll just suck it up and leave positive feedback when they get screwed. Anyway, what can you say about a guy who rides a Yamaha R1 with NO plates? Pretty sketchy at the very least. Then, the guy has the nerve to put the following statement on his auction:

***I WILL LEGALLY PROSECUTE ANY NON-PAYING BIDDERS! YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT TO BUY THIS ITEM! I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO WASTE ON NON-PAYING BIDDERS, ONLY BID IF YOU ARE CAPABLE OF BUYING THIS ITEM AND HAVE THE FUNDS IN HAND!I DONT MEAN TO BE RUDE BY ANY MEANS,I HAVE BEEN BURNED MANY TIMES IN THE PAST.THANKS FOR UNDERSTANDING***

Maybe I WILL e-mail those photos to the cops after all... -WG

Update:

Check out the bid history on the auction. "Amir's liquidation" IS Amir Khashabi! The guy is shill-bidding his own auction! His *** is MINE!

Further update:

I reported the shill-bidding to eBay and they pulled the auction 15 minutes before it was supposed to end.
Good guys=1
Shill-bidder=0
I love it! -WG

Sweet, that guy needed to get that. I really dislike people that try to **** people over for money. To bad it happens a lot. I am glad this one time someone got busted
