rc body for rx2 190mm

How many people are willing to buy a
rc shell 190mm for a mazda rx2?

I just placed a order for a rx3 shell, but of course I would rather have
a rx2 shell.

Seems like if we get enough paying customers they might be willing
to make a special batch.

Well I guess that would only be two of us. LOL.

I bought from a place in japan called abc hobby.

You can not buy it from their website because they do not have a buy button.
But you can call them. They speak perfect english and where very nice
over the phone.

I purchased this one, it will cost abut $60 for the car and shipping.

You can buy all kinds of cool cars from them now. rx3, old school skyline, etc...
Just no rx2. Too be honest I have no idea how many it would take to perk their
interest. I don't think it is going to be the five of us though

They write and speak perfect english and are very nice to deal with.

The only scale rx2 I have is some model made in the 70's. I can buy
many different rx3, r100. I just thought on this board there might
be enough interest for a rx2. I know person selling a datsun
510 shell if anybody wants.

Back in 84 ABC made a totally awesome looking (not performing ) 1/10th scale on road RC car. I had one, but it was competitive against Delta Spyders and Associated 12E's

With the effort it takes to make an rc car body, it is unlikely that it will ever get done. You have to make countless molds in order to perfect it, and that takes time. Not to mention, you are talking about a 190mm body, which is specific to the electric 1/10th scale; it wouldnt fit any other chassis. Youd probably be better off looking for a toy company that would be willing to produce it as they have a much wider customer base.
