Question Newbie member, with burning question

Hey Guy's, as you can see i'm a new member, 1 hr new to b exact, and i have a few Questions, i did'nt know where to post this as i did'nt see a Newbie Section on the site. This may sound dumb but are all RX 7's Twin turbo, i know u have the non-turbo, but is there a single turbo version made from the factory?

Thanks, and sorry for the mix-up

No problem.

There is a FAQ section at the top left of this page. Also, each section has stickies with info re: each generation. The search function also will yield most, if not all your answers.

To answer your question: Not all 7's are turbo. You have your NA FBs/FCs, Turbo II FC's, and Twin Turbo FD's. All FD's came twin turbo. Single turbo is an aftermarket mod that a lot of people do.

Hope that helps.

Notice the section. It's technical, flaming would've given anybody a warning or ban.

We have recommended a New Member section. Been talked about.

To the OP: To cause you a little bit less confusion, the Turbo II is a single turbo, not two turbo's. I made the naive mistake of saying they were twin turbo when I was a newbie. Not on a forum though. Welcome to the forums, and don't take everything seriously. Alot of people on this forum are grumpy.

i have searched the forum for a appropriate place to ask this question, i have utilised the search forum and the FAQ, and i did not find anything. I have never owned a Rx, nor known much about them. I guess i'll have alot more noob questions. And again a Newbie Section would've eliminated all a this mess.
Thanks

All FDs have twin turbos? Are you saying that all that were turbo were twin turbo, or that all fds are turbo?

Don't forget about the single turbo JDM first gens. Also available in Australia possibly?

And yes, I believe that ALL FD's were twin turbo, no single turbo option.

i pulled up to a tire shop here in town with my FD, the guy asked me if it were turbo i said yes they all come twin turbo'd. than he replied no thats not true i worked at mazda and sold them for a bit some fd's arent turbo. i told him he was wrong and working at mazda was part of the problem. he wanted to bet. few hrs later i had a set of free tires!! and the look on the faces of his co-workers was priceless i mean the guy sat and argued about it for at least 45 mins as we looked up the info he was a real tard.
