mag wheels on rx2

ill try to keep this brief.

purchased 13x7 4x110 pilones(libres) for my rx2 sedan.

rx2 sedan uses lug bolts
pilones require shanked/mag lug nuts.
shanked lug nuts that i have are too wide and the flange interferes with the spokes of the wheels before the shank gets in the wheel.

can i just put studs in and find narrower shank lugs? and how long should the studs be? the flange on the wheel is probably close to 3/4" thick

Wheel Studs
lug nuts
hopefully this makes sense. im too young to know how this problem was solved in the 70s-80s.
thanks for all your help.

see if you can find some OE toyota alloy wheel lug nuts, and check for fitment in the wheels
