JDM Nikki Carb ID Please

Hi all. I have and am restoring a very early pre-production 1978 RX-7 MT which I just pulled this carb off of(as equipped from the factory). I bought a standard 79 carb kit but have since realized this isn't the typical 79 carb.
From looking around it appears to most resemble an RX-2 carb.

Is there a different carb kit I need to get? Also, from reading through posts, I've seen advice to not replace several items from the carb kit like the needles. Any advice in that direction would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

That carb is 1974 or later as it has the OMP nipples down in the main body where they remained through the production run up to 1985. The earlier carbs had the nipples in the carb's top piece (air horn) above the float bowls. That carb is not a 1979 or later so we can narrow it down from 74 to 78 probably.

Jeff- Thanks for starting to narrow it down for me. Any advice as to rebuilding it?
