It's chess, not checkers.
It will likely take some time to find what you want. The prices have shot up dramatically over the last couple years. I watched the market for 2 years and it took that long to find what I wanted, though i was looking for aomething pretty much turnkey. I recommend you watch Facebook Marketplace and join the REPU groups on FB. Also sign up for alerts on Japanese vehicles and pick-ups on Bring A Trailer.com. GL

And no. She's not for sale.

just saw a guy post in the REPU facebook group that he is "posting" a '74 REPU later today. Assume he means posting it to sell. Guy is out of Las Vegas. Group name is MAZDA REPU (ROTARY TRUCK) 74-77.

Kurt Robertson just posted one for sale on facebook a few days ago. Needs a bit of bodywork done before fresh paint can happen. I believe he's asking $12k for it, with a fresh drivetrain waiting to go in. 70s 13b with S4 rotors/counterweights, plus a 4-speed trans if memory serves. Might be worth asking if he would sell minus drivetrain since you already got a 13B-REW for it.
He's in Oregon.
