Go to RotaryEngineering.com The guy's name is Albert, he's located in L.A. He modifies Holleys for N/A duty as well as blow thru turbo set-ups. He also specialized in the Weber powerplates for the Holleys that use all the Weber jets for real easy tuning and fine calibrations.

Basically the air bleeds are too small on stock holleys, they need to be drilled out. The **** will fall flat on its face off idle if not modified. Different throttle pump cams are also needed on rotaries...more pump off idle is what they need. Running those Weber plates will let you eliminate the power valve and all that B.S. A much more responsive Holley is what you get.

RotaryEngineering can also give you recommendations on standard Holley jet sizes to give you the best performance. If I recall, I was running 60 on the primary and like 65 secondary on a 13B streetport 600 double pumper. I can't remember the discharge nozzle sizes, but there were around 29 30 or 31.
