Help with Vacume Lines 6 port 13b

Okay, so I inherited a 1973 Mazda RX-2 Coupe. It's a cool looking and very unique car, so I decided to rebuild it - long story short I dropped an early streetported 6 port 13b from GSL-SE with a weber sidedraft setup... now my question is I have all these vacume nipples on the motor... Do I plug all these up? Can someone direct me to a thread or something that explains what I need to connect and where?

Are you talking about the stock rats nest that was under the stock EFI manifold?
