first you said, "I think", based on your perception of how ebay bidder's tactics work, now you're saying "I heard", with a can't guarantee caveat.
you're 'sorta' accusing someone of fraud, probably best you don't if you don't have actual facts.
what gives, were you bidding on these cars?

I didn't sell them on ebay but indeed they WERE mine I had all 3 of them for at least 8 years
As for the originality comment on the red one. carpets were removed to prevent rust from moisture collecting in the carpets. The car has less than 40k miles the engine is the original numbers matching engine and we had the documents to prove it. The car had never been repainted. Yes there are others out there nicer... much nicer but not original they are restored or have had engines replaced etc... this one even has all the original exhaust and shielding. Hell the spare was even the original one. We debated restoring it but I knew it would only be original once and held off.
I really didn't want to sell all 3 but another opportunity came up if you all are Faceb00k friends with me you can see part of it. A stash of Old School parts that will take about 3 semis to bring to texas. And we have secured 2 more EARLY RX parts cars. I had to pay shop taxes.

And most importantly I am the new owner of Jim Downings original Mazda Rx2 Race Car, everyone associates him with the Car and Driver rx2 but that was Walt Bohren's, Jim's has been languishing in storage for many years and I am honored that he choose me to be the new owner and bring her back to life.
