I used some similar stuff that was cheaper on the inside of my REPU, made a big difference in the temp and noise levels. Best part was putting it inside the doors. That takes a bit of work, but you'll notice a huge difference in the way the door sounds when you shut it.
Highly recommended.

Buy enough to put around the tranny tunnel and you'll notice a big difference in keeping the heat out. The more you use the better results you'll get. It does add a little weight, but not too bad. There are cheaper alternatives than Dynomat brand that supposedly work just as well but cheaper, seems there is a thread on the forum here in the 'Interior/exterior' section, I think it is a sticky about sound dampening. Give that a read.

Q-mat is the stuff I swear by, it blows dynamat out of the water however it's also 2x the price. It's well worth it any day. It killed my cabin noise to almost nothing with the windows closed. I still haven't done the whole interior yet either.
