Cosmo Primaries are about 500cc ??

Cosmo Primaries are about 500cc ??
Hi been trying to flow test some Cosmo primaries. They get about 500cc-550cc depending on settings. Will someone please tell me if these are really supposed to be 550cc or are they actually supposed to be more like 500cc?? I have heard both figures.
