Is This a Control Unit?? From my RX4

Cruising back home on my RX4 and all of a sudden my car dies on the freeway. Something burned under the dash on the passenger side. Traced the problem from what looks like a control unit or ??. What can I replace this with?? Only part# I see is K8T00373 by Mitsubishi. Its burnt to a crisp. Did a part# search on the web with no result.

No luck yet. Waiting for John Smack if he has one.

Looked over the wiring diagram I guess its a wiper, flasher, and horn relay. Is it possible to just get individual relays for the wiper, flasher, and horn relay? Looks like the relays were put in one unit calling it a central control unit. Plus there is an inline fuse there that I just don't know which relay it is connected to.
