No recent news.. My car is at my guy now for a newer engine.. I'll ask him if he's interested in building the hood.. but most likely not if only 3-4 people are interested..

and the dude above me that posted says he has a friend down for the work but won't do for 3-4 peeps. I say do them either way I'm willing to pay no matter what!!!

^Yeah, I have a source but they won't even give me a serious quote unless we have 8-10 committed buyers willing to put down a deposit. This might be on hold until we can come together. Plus we need to pick a supplier.

I'm all for using herblenny's guy if I can see some of the quality of his work... but then again, we need serious buyers.

Alexis (13beef) from oz is having the molds make as we speak...im sure he'll have the prototype finish soon...hes working on the hood & a trunk for me, but finding an affordable decent trunk lid in oz is difficult :-(

See if you can get your money back! Nah, that's cool. But we SERIOUSLY get them done here in Cali and shipping would be WAYYYY better. Plus, these guys are going to be making other stuff in carbon for our old school rides.

Search on Ebay for Carbon fiber hoods for rx2. The guy that I bought mine from is selling them again. He is located in San Ysidro, real close to the border.
