Rotary powered motorcycle?? Could you imagine that 20,000+rpm LOL.

 

Suzuki RE5 in the mid 70's

 

That's the second person in a couple days assuming a rotary motorcycle could do lots of RPMs just because piston engines in motorcycles can get up there compared to car engines. I guess it's a common misconception.

How about a Norton Rotary?
The Interpol model was a rotary powered police bike.

Various models had 9000-9500 rpm redlines.

i pulled up beside a mint blue norton like the white one pictured above, pretty nice.. def different,

Didn't sound to different from normal bikes though
