I did a NA 12abp swap in my 68 bug about 10 years ago..before going back to a VW engine...thing was stupid fast...but it was also stupid loud..I had 3 mufflers on it and had the exhaust routed just in front of the passenger side tire..I wonder what a turbo engine would sound like????lol...

Ok, turbo mufflers are loud. I'm hoping that a big single from a suv will be relatively quiet. I've seen one like a dynomax, but about 2.5 feet long.
