Im making my own exhuast to use on my 81 RX7 12A motor. This motor will be going in my 74 VW super beetle. So my question is what is the difference between the 7 and the pickup header for the 12A? I was looking at racingbeat.com at thier headers and presilencers and I'm not sure as to what would be most appropriate for this conversion. The idea is header-90deg bend-silencer-BIG ss magnaflow mufler (from what I hear they hold up to the brutal rotary exhaust, and a real good waranty) and well that's about it, I'm out of room for much more of an exhust system. Thanks all! PS Im taking alot of pics along the way and am just collecting parts right now, I should get it all done before '04. Come spring time I'll have to see what she does in the 1/4... I have a feeling that it will be better than the 20.295 I put up last time (basically bone stock) V-dub. When the project starts coming along I'll keep you all filled in.
