It's very easy. Start a thread like a grownup and get treated like one. I have started many many threads and aside from a few smart *** comments have had no problems. It's all in the way you start and post a thread.
Well why not just get your hands off the keyboard before jumping conclusion. Beside the $2k billet rotor what have any of you keyboard typing rotary guys has anything to contribute beside alot of nothing. You grow up and keep your hands off the keyboard maybe we can learn something different than the same old crap that flys around this forum.

^^agreed, this guy could probably teach all of us a lesson or two on rotaries.
And the block/housings seem to be one giant piece of metal, like its a am engine block with rotors in it, but thats just an observation. It just makes me want to learn more about it!

I've come to learn that 95% of the guys on here are full of ****. The rest are out there trying to contribute but get hated on. That's why this board sucks.

Well if this "board sucks" so much, there are plenty of other rotary forums with hundreds of thousands of members...oh, wait, there isn't.

Come on people, think before you type please. I don't want to have to go through this thread as well and start pruning posts.

I think we have to look at it differently. There are tech people, gift of van people, no social skills people, etc.

We have guys that can sell sand in the dessert, and in the other hand guys who couldn't buy a Vegas ***** with $1000.

It was kind of his problem that he came off childish while operating/belonging to a large fabrication operation. We do have the forum **** that won't open their minds because they hand built each and every rotary with the Mazda people themselves.

And like some pointed out, almost half of the members in this forum are not financially able to afford a project like this. So I'm kinda thinking about how he came off and how we came off. Tit for tat. He was childish, and we followed suit.

He hadn't gone public with the engine yet so why should he? Nothing wrong with a teaser shot and info to generate interest.

Granted, it did start off a little weird.

None. I've been on this board for a bit and can't remember many four-rotor builds, let alone a 12 rotor build, especially one with pictures. A few posts into the thread in question when the OP was referencing technical "stuff" should have let you know he knew what he was tallking about... or at least given him the benefit of the doubt.

Read a few posts below yours.

So you think that his very first post with a half naked girl holding an e shaft with no explanation is professional? No it's not and hence the reason he got all the stupid remarks.

I will bet my house that if would have started a thread with his name and company and told us about his project/product and gave some good details with pictures and video we would not be posting in this thread right now. THATS HOW A PROFESSIONAL ACTS!

Referring too. I've followed you second gen info for a while. While I may not have years on this board I'm no stranger to it. I only joined to buy parts. If you go though some of the stuff that gets tossed around here it ridiculous. Reminds me of HS sometimes. If I'm out of line I apologize. You could even ban me. There would be no hard feelings.

Only the first line of my post was referring to your comment. The second line was directed to everyone else. Sorry for the confusion but I just didn't bother hitting the "Quote" button.

But to others, my point remains. There were some posts in that thread that were out of line, and posts in this thread that are out of line as well. Just because he didn't give details doesn't get people permission to run all over this thread. Yes, I posted some comments but they were made in jest, just to be funny and there was no malice behind them. Yet it was clear that some of the stuff post was just ridiculous. Anyone who can post up a picture of a 4 rotor shaft obviously has shown there is work behind it, so it is understandable why the OP of the thread was a bit pissed when a bunch people who have no idea what is involved started pooping on his work.

im glad we have you here to tell us how a PROFESSIONAL ACTS

so the guy was vague in his posting, no need to lynch him

guys with performance boats are rebuilding their engines every year, and it aint a few hundred dollars in seals they are going for, if he has come up with a engine that costs less to freshen up the savings is there. Factor in the weight savings and its a winning combo

When I started that first thread I probably should have waited till I could explain more about the engine before I put it on here... My plan was to put a little more on there each day or two to give people more time to digest and understand what I was building then to just come on here and put a pic of the complete engine.. So yes it was my fault what happened on here. Before I had ask to delete the thread I had wrote Aron and ask if he could just delete my posts where I acted inappropriate, I don't normally do that on forums, winning a fight on a forum is like winning the special olympics... Your still a retard.. And I did not even win the special olympics I only got the bronze medal...
Then I was going to be away from Internet for several days so I just had him delete the thread till I got back and I will start a new thread.
After I loaded the engine out of the show last Monday we got in the boat and ran around the keys for awhile and I just got back in my truck to drive this engine back home, so in a day or two when I get back I will put the thread up again.

We formally apologize to u tyson. Keep up the good work sir. I don't own a boat, but maybe with ur development skills u can build a custom 2 or 3 rotor that will defy the odds of previous builders.

I would like a 1400hp billet 3 rotor, or a v4 or v6 rotary! Just saying!

He used to have pics in the old thread, maybe he'll post them. You're right, 3 banks of 4 rotors. The housings themselves are one piece in sort of a V or mickey mouse ear configuration. Pretty wild.

Next they have designed their sales plan around no oil injection. Haha these motors are gonna be coming in for 12 new rotor housings, apex seals every 400 hours of running time. Thats if they are lucky and don't throw an apex seal through the $4000 turbocharger you would need to strap to the side.

Sounds cost efficient to me

This forum can be WAY TOO CRITICAL sometimes. It's a shame though! We can either support rotary R&D (even non Mazda) or not. I chose to support ANYONE dedicated enough to build something like that.

I have a friend running 12.3-12.4 consistent in a full interior street driving na 13b bridge FB. 12 flat isn't that impressive. The fact that its a n/a 12a doing it is.

I'd like to find out more about this 12 rotor. From what I can see, its still assembled one housing at a time, but hes redesigned the shape (and more than likely port timing) of them. I'm guessing the exhaust goes out the bottom leaving the spark... just past the intake?

If you don't mind, I'd like to hear how you changed the port timing on the engine since their definitely not in the original locations.
