Angry why rx7 turbo 2 keeps flooding

Any ideas why my 1988 RX7 Turbo 2 keeps flooding? Could it be dirty or poorly adjusted injectors? It floods several times a week and I really don't know why.
Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated. Also, any recommendations for a good Maxda RX7 repair shop in Portland Oregon? I live on the Northeast side.

Thanks, Bemanifreak.

Compression check the Engine first.

if the injectors are leaking just enough that will cause the same problem...

That was my dad, heheh, I was told it was mainly the injectors, although, I'll have the compression tested too while we're at it.

Try holding the engine at 4k for 1-2 seconds and shutting it off at 4k. That might help.

/\ under decel the injector duty cycles go to zero. It will help decrease flooding on the next start up. But turn the car off as you left off the gas and the revs are dropping.

The other thing you could do is to put a kill switch on the fuel pump fuse.

This is very common on second gens for some reason (flooding).

Always rev it down, 4K is a bit extreme though. I usually rev up to 2-3K and kill the key. It's also a cool habit when ever you come to a stop and park it to rev it down, sounds like you have just come flying in and are landing an airplane

Kill switchs are very helpfull in a couple of ways. One for flooding, it let your engine start on the fuel it has in the rotors already. And also if you hide the switch good it is a theft deterant.
