Hey Otay, remember the red FB on the side of 405 south right past the 20b exit? yeah that was me. . . could have sworn I'd thrown a couple of apex seals but it was just pingin like a mother f@%k. Did a swap for intake and exhaust and hadnt tuned it completely. It wouldnt start cause id popped the fuel fuse. Still broke down and missed half a day of work but at least i didnt blow my motor.
btw I could see the star on the side for like 2 miles, interesting change but i like it

Lol yeah it's quite the attention getter, I did it for Rod-Run over at Long Beach.
Glad it was just a fuse. I would've stopped but man, cutting across 6 lanes might have caused a slightly bigger problem.

360lympia! '88 w/ turbo swap. Pics soon. just curious, but if anyone knows this answer, i would love to know. Does that Olympia meet at Izzy's still happen?? I really want to get out and meet some fellow enthusiasts and show off my car to people who actually appreciate it instead of just trying to race me because they have a wing and a fart can...

I'm not new and it's been awhile since I posted and I know this has been answered before, but I've forgotten the answer! What does "FC","FD" ,etc. mean?!? And where and when are the meetings in the South Sound? I'm in South Tacoma with a '85 SE.

Yes Izzy's meets are still goin. I see you bought the car from Eastern Washington that was overpriced for a while til someone said something to the owner and they dropped the price to what it was really worth.

Awesome, I'm excited to go to that! Yea, I watched that car drop from $7,900 and when it hit $5,500 I started emailing. Got it down to $5,000 which was pretty neat. It's pretty dang clean for an '88. I tell you what though, the drive made it that much more fun. Blewett Pass is absolutely beautiful and a blast to drive. My buddy brought me down there in his 1st gen and we were enjoying some "spirited driving" on the way back to o-town, hahaha. Man, I wanna cruise with more than just one other rx7 sometime. It was fun seeing all the heads turn.
