Thinking about selling my FD. How much do I ask?

For the last 8 years or so, I've been driving my FD less and less. Usually around 100 miles per year or so. Tonight I decided to take it out for a spin, and realized I don't have enough time to give it the attention it needs anymore. I noticed the wide band died again, the driver side brake caliper was hanging up, and the door locks didn't want to unlock, and the radio didn't want to turn on. I got to thinking, maybe its time to let it go...I've searched CL and found a couple cars but most are right hand drives. The left hand drives with low miles seem insanely expensive.

93 black FD base with 53k miles on the chassis. R1 front lip and wing.
Paint is probably a 7.5ish. Needs to be buffed for sure.
Interior needs a cleaning, but very nice. Pretty dusty.
3kish miles on the motor. Pineapple street port.
Power FC &d datalog
He-1 single turbo
Apex N1 Duel tip
XS engineering cast manifold
HKS 50mm wastegate
Xcessive LIM
Xcessive Oil pan
M2 medium sized stock mount
Greddy intake elbo
Pineapple idler pulley
850 & 1300cc injectors
Bosh 044 fuel pump.
HI-6 ignition

I'm sure I'm forgetting a bunch of stuff, but you get the idea. It would also come with all the parts I've collected over the years fwiw.

It was originally tuned by Ralph Friend back in the day with 110 race gas and methonal injection system for 20+psi. The car was stupid fast and no traction. I pulled the methanol kit off of it after a couple years, when I noticed a leak out of the pump. Next year the boost controller decided over boosting was cool, so it came out too. So at the moment, its running off the waste gate spring and needs a tune, as its pig rich.

Anyways, I have no time to devote to this car between my business and family life. What should I ask for it as it sits?

I can't imagine it being worth 35k, lol. But if someone offered that, I'd put new tires on it for them! Life is good, but busy man. Hope you're doing good too. One of the these days, You, Rob and I should do lunch again.

Pics of the exterior, interior and engine bay would be very helpful to assess condition and thus value. Sounds good so far

As best I can remember this is whats wrong with the car.
Oil leak from the motor mount/oil pan bolts.
Wide band sensor died.
Antenna no longer goes up.
Radio head unit no longer displays anything.
Deleted AC system.
No boost controller. I still have the profec B, but like I mentioned earlier, it likes to overboost.
Needs a tune.
Some of the interior peices seem sticky. Why, I have no idea.
One of the Piaa lights needs a new bulb.
Could probably use new tires, as they're probably 15yrs old. Still lots of tread though! Lol

I think the paint is probably closer to a 8, maybe a 8.5.
In the pics you'll also notice a turbojeff battery tray
I'm 99% sure its a 6 puck clutch.
No way this thing will ever pass smog. The exhaust is 3.5" until the N1 cat back.
Since I've owned the car (99-00?) Its always been stored inside. Driven once in light rain.

My options with the car are to keep and put it away. In hopes of the car being worth something. Looking at it as a possible long term investment. Option 2, would be to dump it now. Possible option 3 would be to fix the issues, and then sell it.

Let me know what you guys think. I would greatly appreciate it.

Edit: I've always ran 110 race gas in it since going single.

With the mods and immediate repair needed to make it drive-able (boost controller, tune, having to use 110 octane, AC deleted), I'd say this is around a 20k car. While it's clean, there's a fair bit of work and money involved to make it a turn key driver. If those things were fixed, I'd say closer to 23 or 25k.

I already replaced the wide band, fixed the head unit, and I'm rebuilding the brake. I'll probably fix a couple other things, before listing it. Thanks for the input.

Someone like Fritz would convert this back to stock, selling the single, streetport and other mods.

Then sell it in stock form for $25-30k.

Still I think it's worth $25k with a little work, tune and boost controller.....

That is a very clean FD and should bring in about 22k in todays market. There is a limited demand for them, but with the right buyer, in time you will get about that I am sure!

Thanks everyone for the input and PMs. As of right now, I'm to undecided to make a choice. I don't want to sell it, and regret it later. So, it'll continue to collect dust, and I'll probably log another 75-100 miles on it this year.
