Thinking about selling the FD.. How much is it worth?

it's a 94 Montego Blue Touring edition... It has around 83k or so on the odometer (however it has 2002 Cluster so it shows 33k kilometers)

Here are some of the mods below... From the picture you can see the outside so i'm not gonna list those. (The picture doesn't show some of the latest mods i installed.)

Heavy ported engine with Af61r turbo tuned at 15psi by Steve Kahn. Engine has about 5-6k on it... I don't drive it that often... maybe once a month...
All emissions removed
MSD ignition
550/1300 injectors
Supra fuel pump
Greddy 2 row fmic
Coils relocated

Profec B
8 gauges... 3 on the pilar, and 5 on the gauge pod were the center speaker goes.
(boost, vaccum, A/f, EGT, Water temp, oil temp, oil pressure, Volts )
Panasonic DVD mp3 player with 7" screen

It has a lot of other goodies that i can't remember now, but i'll post the interior and engine shots later....

So how much should i ask for?

edit: Look like the server is down for pics so i attached them.

I bought the 8 as my daily driver not too long ago... I really don't have time for the 7 anymore. I got it to the point where it's a beast to drive and all but i just don't have any time to spend on it....

I'd say 18-20K if everything is good and you are have a dyno chart to prove your HP.

BTW the forum is filled with lowballers (don't listem to them). It be better if you go on autotrader.com and see what FD's go nationally.

Front bumper is Auto Exe
Rims are Racing Beat

That is a BAD *** ride. I'd love to buy those rims if you decide to part it out (of course, wife pending )

I'd say your car is worth at least $24K. It might take a little time to sell it, but you should be able to get it, if the interior is in mint condition. Like montego said you are better off selling it on autotrader.com. You have some nice rare pieces like the wheels and front bumper.

Actually, the vehicle is going to be considered TMU (True mileage Unknown) unless you reported that you were changing out the gauge cluster and have the appropriate documentation.

This will drop the value around 3-5k depending on state/buyer/title accuracy.

^^^ Let that be a reminder to all in the future. If you ever decide to change the cluster in your car, make sure it's done by a cerified shop who CERTIFIES the original mileage and the mileage on the other cluster. Otherwise, you'll have a TMU vehicle, which I personally would be very hesitant to deal with (since the mileage could be *anything* at that point).

Very true but there is no valid documentation regarding the true mileage. Thats what ramy and the other guy was saying.

Anyone could say, "i have the original 70k cluster in my garage". I mean would you trust someone who said that?

Either way, your car is awesome, i personally wouldnt sell it as that car looks clean as hell.

But if you must, id say no lower than 21-22k.

I guess i'll take that 2002 cluster out and try to swap just the speedometer with the original one including odometer... But then again... even if i do that... it still could look like it's not from the car... right?

Anyone that sees this car in person can see that it couldn't have more then 80k on it anyway... Most of the parts on this car were replaced at one point anyway... the only thing probably that is 80k is the body... some body that is

Nice hood. What is it?

That cluster swap may be the most expensive modification you have ever made.
