For your application, Id think an ACT Street/Strip clutch would be fine. Youll want a sprung hub if you do any daily driving with the car, and I wouldnt think your car makes the power required for a 6-puck clutch.

As for flywheel, what will you be doing with the car? Remember a lighter flywheel will make it harder to launch at a strip, but will make it easier to modulate RPM's at a track (AutoX/Roadrace), i.e. rev-matching. If I remember correctly, the RB flywheel is the heavier of the lightweight flywheels, while the ACT one is ~5lbs lighter. Correct me if Im wrong on that one.

So drag racing - Id get the middle weight (11-12lb).
For AutoX/Road course - Id get the lightest one (~8-9lb).

I personally will be going with the lightest flywheel I can get for my FD, with a basic clutch upgrade, something that will take alot of abuse and will hold ~400hp, which is what I will be aiming for with my car.

For removal, Id use whatever you have laying around to prevent the flywheel from moving (put it in 5th, and lock e-brake), then, assuming it uses a socket, the largest breaker bar I could get on it...but Im ghetto like that, and Ive never removed a flywheel, so I can only guess whats involved

You can go to a rental shop and get the 54mm (2 1/8") socket you need. Once the nut is mostly off (not all the way) hit the side of the flywheel with a hammer. This will pop it off the eccentric shaft.
Good luck ~ JEB

update! i got my act street lite flywheel with my clutch in, pull my tranny off take off the clutch and tried taking the nut off! key words tried!i had the car on jack stands and i was pulling as hard as i could with a 2 ft long bar connect to the racket while my friend with his back up against the wall pushing with his feet and the bolt did not budge! and the car was coming off on one side! off the jack stands! i went and baught a torch and heatned it up and then retried taking it off the same way. no sucess. got a air compressor and air gun, got it to 140 150 psi and it still wouldnt come off. this is the 1st out of 4 rotary engines that my friend could not get the flywheel nut off. so now im returning the flywheel and getting a fmic bov and some other stuff.
