Stolen 13b

This engine was stolen from my storage unit a few days ago.please keep an eye out for it.

is that painted or powder coated? Specifics could help identifying.

Side plates are painted,the rest is powder coated.the engine is a S-5 (89- 91) non turbo,with a large street port.light steel flywheel.
